Estes são apenas alguns exemplos das ideias geradas e transformadas em projetos, a partir das discussões e do trabalho em equipe durante a oficina presencial do Programa de Capacitação em Projetos Culturais em Cuiabá, que iniciou nesta quarta-feira, dia 2, e vai até sexta-feira, 4 de dezembro. No decorrer desses três dias, os participantes vêm aprendendo o quanto é fundamental, para o sucesso de um projeto, um planejamento que abranja uma série de elementos, tais como metas claras, objetivos bem definidos, recursos, insumos.

“Considero fantástico o exercício trazido pelo professor, pois nos faz desconstruir todo o formato com o qual estávamos acostumados a fazer projetos, simplesmente preparando-o para um formulário, e preenchendo objetivos, justificativa etc. Agora podemos apreender uma percepção mais ampla do processo de elaboração de um projeto. Além disso, a metodologia é bastante provocativa, pois induz o grupo a discutir, a debater e a encontrar soluções juntos. No nosso Ponto de Cultura já desenvolvíamos um trabalho assim, pois lá o processo de elaboração de projetos é horizontalizado, discutido em equipe, mas para outras pessoas que estão aqui e são mais acostumadas a trabalhar sozinhas, é um ótimo exercício”, relatou a participante Viviene Lozi, coordenadora do Ponto de Cultura Ação Cultural.

A Oficina de Elaboração de Projetos na capital matogrossense foi aberta pelo coordenador-geral de Desenvolvimento e Orientação da Secretaria de Fomento e Incentivo à Cultura do Ministério da Cultura, Evaristo Nunes, e pelo secretário adjunto de Cultura do Mato Grosso, Ocemário Daltro, que ressaltaram a importância da iniciativa para o estado, que está sendo realizada pela (Sefic/MinC) em conjunto com a Diretoria de Direitos Intelectuais da Secretaria de Políticas Culturais (SPC/MinC) e em parceria com o Serviço Social da Indústria (SESI) e o Instituto Itaú Cultural. A execução do curso está sendo conduzida pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), sob a coordenação pedagógica do professor Enrique Saravia.

A segunda etapa do Programa de Capacitação em Cuiabá está contando com a participação de 52 pessoas. Das 92 pessoas que obtiveram 70 pontos ou mais na primeira etapa, o curso de nivelamento à distância, 80 foram classificadas para participar da oficina, tendo sido priorizados, na seguinte ordem: residentes no estado, na região Centro-Oeste e em municípios pertencentes a outras unidades da Federação a se beneficiarem pela iniciativa.

Como nem todos os aprovados na primeira etapa, dentro do limite de vagas (80), eram de Mato Grosso, e houve algumas desistências na primeira chamada, foi possível convocar pessoas de outros estados. Uma delas é Tatiana Sangalli, que trabalha com o Teatro do Oprimido e veio do Mato Grosso do Sul apenas para participar da oficina. A participante também vê na oficina uma possibilidade de conhecer outras experiências de gestão cultural no Centro-Oeste e de intercâmbios entre grupos culturais, além da própria oportunidade de aprender a técnica de modelagem de projetos.

Já a gestora de Cultura Elaine Parizzi, que é do Mato Grosso, ressaltou a qualidade do curso: “Aqui há pessoas qualificadas, pós-graduadas, mas que se interessaram pelo curso justamente pela credibilidade da parceria entre o MinC e a FGV”.
