ANCINE – Aviso de Consulta Pública
A Agência Nacional do Cinema – ANCINE – comunica que se encontra em consulta pública a minuta de instrução normativa que regulamenta o procedimento administrativo para aplicação de penalidades por infrações
cometidas nas atividades cinematográfica, videofonográfica e de comunicação audiovisual de acesso condicionado, bem como em outras a elas vinculadas, e revoga a Instrução Normativa nº 30, de 20 de julho de 2004.A minuta estará em consulta até o dia 17 de julho de 2012. O acesso é feito pelo portal www.ancine.gov.br , no ícone Consulta Pública.Consulta Pública é uma ferramenta que permite a qualquer cidadão conhecer e opinar sobre as normas da ANCINE antes que elas entrem em vigor. É um instrumento de transparência e cidadania.Rio de Janeiro, 18 de junho de 2012
